These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online gallery provided by Lauri Vieristö (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the gallery or purchasing any photographs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Gallery

You may access and use the gallery solely for viewing, selecting, and purchasing photographs made available to you. Unauthorized use (including sharing access with others, downloading watermarked images without purchase, or modifying content) is strictly prohibited.

2. Image Licensing & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Personal Use License: Purchased images may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as printing or posting on personal social media accounts.
Social Media Use: If posting on social media, you must credit the photographer as “Photo by Lauri Vieristö.”
Commercial Use License: Any commercial use (e.g., business marketing, advertisements, resale) requires a separate commercial license. Please contact us for licensing options.
Copyright: All images remain the sole property and copyright of Lauri Vieristö. Purchase does not transfer copyright ownership.
Editing Prohibited: You may not edit, alter, apply filters, crop, or modify the photographs in any way without prior written permission. This includes cropping out watermarks or adjusting colors.

3. Watermarks

All gallery images are displayed with a visible watermark for protection.
Once an image is purchased, the watermark will be removed from the final delivered file.
Screenshots or use of watermarked images without purchase is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Payment & Delivery

Prices are listed in Euro and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Digital files will be delivered via email or download link within the day of the purchase.
Physical products will be shipped to the address you provide and may incur additional shipping fees.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If your files are corrupted, undelivered, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds or replacements for physical prints are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

6. Gallery Availability

Galleries are available online at least for 30 days after being published. After this period, access may be removed or archived. Please download your purchased files promptly.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is only used to process orders and communicate with you. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for technical failures, interruptions in service, or any damages resulting from the use of the gallery or downloaded files. You assume all responsibility for use and storage of the files after purchase.

9. Modifications

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the gallery implies acceptance of the new Terms.
